Delivery & Returns

Every Forrester design is printed and shipped by Amazon, so their delivery and returns policies are the ones that apply to your order.

Who handles what

We design the prints and list them on Amazon. Everything after that — taking payment, printing the garment, packing, shipping, tracking, and handling any return or refund — is Amazon's, under the terms of the marketplace you bought from.

That means there is no Forrester Clothing basket, account or order history. If you need to change, track, return or refund an order, Amazon is the only place it can be done, because they are the ones holding it.

Your marketplace

Orders are handled by the Amazon marketplace you bought from.

Delivery options, costs, estimated dates and the returns window are all set by Amazon and differ between marketplaces. Rather than restate them here and risk going out of date, each one links to Amazon's own help pages below — those are authoritative.

Printing takes a little longer

Nothing is held in stock. Each garment is printed when you order it, so dispatch typically takes a little longer than for an item sitting in a warehouse. Amazon shows the estimated delivery date for your address before you pay — that estimate already accounts for the printing time.

Returns

Printed-on-demand garments are returnable on the same basis as anything else Amazon ships, through Your Orders on the marketplace you bought from. The window, the process and who pays return postage are Amazon's to set, and are shown on the order itself.

If you are in the UK or the EU, your statutory rights — including the right to cancel a distance purchase — are unaffected by anything on this page.
