About this site

Forrester Clothing (“we,” “us”) operates this website to showcase our designs. This site does not process payments or run its own checkout — every “View on Amazon” link takes you to an Amazon Merch on Demand listing, where the purchase itself, your payment details and your order are handled entirely by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy notice. This policy covers only what happens on forresterclothing.co.uk itself.

Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to a minimum:

• Newsletter sign-up. If you submit your email address in the footer sign-up form, it is sent to and stored by MailerLite, the email service provider we use to manage subscriptions and send our newsletter. MailerLite processes that address on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Signing up is optional and never required to browse or buy.
• Display and marketplace preferences. Your dark/light mode choice and the Amazon marketplace you select are saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device, so the site remembers them next time. These values are never transmitted to us — see our Cookie Policy for details.
• Approximate country. Before you've chosen a marketplace, our CDN (Cloudflare) works out the country your connection appears to come from and passes just that two-letter country code to the page, so we can default to the right Amazon marketplace and currency. We don't store your IP address ourselves, we don't keep a record of the country, and it's used only to pick that default — your own choice overrides it from then on.
• Standard hosting logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

• Send the newsletter to people who asked for it, and let them unsubscribe at any time;
• Keep the site secure, reliable and working correctly;
• Remember display and marketplace preferences you've chosen, on your own device;
• Show the right Amazon marketplace, prices and currency for where you are.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties.

Amazon and other third-party links

Every product link on this site points to an Amazon Merch on Demand listing on Amazon's own website. Once you leave forresterclothing.co.uk, Amazon's privacy policy and cookie practices apply, not ours — we don't receive your payment details, delivery address or order history from Amazon. We encourage you to review Amazon's privacy notice before purchasing.

Data retention and security

We keep newsletter subscriber information only for as long as you remain subscribed, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect any information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent (such as unsubscribing from the newsletter) at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
